Our Team
Adapt can provide client services throughout NSW. Our team has worked on small to major projects in all corners of the state, we are familiar with the regulatory environment and bring a wealth of experience.
Our central office is located on the Central Coast of NSW, we have staff in Sydney and regional NSW. We have a current team of four professionals, with experience from 7 to 20 years.

KARA CHISHOLM

14 years’ experience in all aspects of environmental management.
Demonstrated experience in approvals, post approvals and land rehabilitation. Major projects experience across NSW working for large civil contractors and for NS Government agencies.
SHANNON CHISHOLM
Principal Environment & Planning Consultant
Shannon is a seasoned professional with over 28 years of experience delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects across New South Wales and internationally. He brings a strong track record in managing relationships with regulators, stakeholders, and government agencies, and excels at delivering innovative solutions to environmental and community challenges.
His project experience spans gas pipelines, powerlines, roads, bridges, rail systems, and commercial developments. Shannon has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams on major projects, bringing leadership, strategic insight, and a collaborative approach to achieving project outcomes.
